Liked the host and ability to speak English. Close to sights and subway. Location, location, location, staff were nice and courteous. Location, right next to the Arc de triomphe at Etoile Metro. Central to the city. Location. Near to our office in Paris. Proximity to City centre. Location. Rooms quite small. breakfast buffet bit limited given the price, no english-language news channel on TV. the room is to small. although the rooms and hotel was very clean and suited as we only stayed for one night , i would have found the 4ft double bed to small( for any longer) as was the roomthe breakfast was good value as was the mini bar in the room. The leaky shower. The cleanliness of the walls and carpets could have been better thebathrooms and the beds ihave no complaints aboutthey were clean andcomfortable the staff were good. The Bathroom was really small.I had booked for two nights. The first night, I got a room of a lower standard than the one I had booked. This was corrected the second night. The service, The TV was broken down since the 1st day. I had advised the recepetion 3 days in the roll and nothing was done.Room furniture and interior needs refreshment. 1.very small room andbed 2.Old towels 3.No help in luggage transfer. The size of the rooms are too small, no porters available. the picture in the site dose not represent the real hotel. i send them an e mail and they did not care to reply.the noise, the poor condition of the room.
