All staff were friendly and professional. The wonderful smell of polish when we arrived was an indication of the level of cleanliness in the hotel. The bedroom was small but very well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. Its proximity to the metro and views of les Invalides and the Eiffel tower made it a good location for sightseeing and a choice of good eating places around about was a b.

International newspapers to read along with your breakfast (not included but reasonable at 15 euros) and your morning was off to a great start. I'd definitely stay here again. There's a terrific restaurant next door as well called Cafe de l'esplanade.There are many excellent reasons to stay at this hotel; the well presented and individual boutique feel throughout, the genuinely helpful and welcoming staff, the great location for exploring Paris are but a few good reasons..... In the end, we arrived a bit late in the airport, lucky not missed the flight (but it was close !).Rosewater perfume that permeated the room at checkin; rooms were cramped compared to pictures shown on website. The room were very close to one another and you can hear the noise when the chambermaid are cleaning the rooms next door. It can be quite annoying as they start pretty early in the morning. You can also hear your neighbours whenever they open / shut the door or if they talk loudly.
