This hotel is in an excellent location, within the Paris Est railway station, and yet the rooms are very quiet. The hotel staff is very friendly and professional. My room was very clean, high-quality and extensive breakfast is served in a beautiful room. I really liked this hotel and its staff.
Location - it was right in the heart of the train station. Convenient to commuter trains and metro.

Big rooms that is unusual for Paris. Good location (metro stations with
rer is very close, also Gare Du Nord). Friendly staff, clean rooms.

Breakfast is not included and is very expensive (€11 per person per day). I used the minibar in the room to keep some food for my self-made breakfast. The room is small.

What was said in booking com was different from the actual event. It was said that children under 12 stay free, but when we arrived with children under 12, we were required to move to bigger room that cost us more. They should have stated about their real policy clearly on the booking com website, because stating one thing but doing another is misleading.
The elevator was out of order for already 1 month. Should mention this on your web !!! My friend had a back surgery recently and for her it was hard to climb up the many steps to the lobby.
