Above all, the staff were extraordinarily warm and helpful. Our room was comfortable, spacious and well-kept. We were very pleased with the wide selection of dishes for breakfast and especially of fruit, which we like; it went way beyond the limited breakfast which we have often experienced in the past in France - coffee and a croissant. The location is excellent: quiet but central. The central location of the hotel to the main attractions and the wonderful friendliness of the staff. The hotel is in a lovely area and the room facilities are very good. The staff as far as myself and my wife are concerned are second to none. Look forward to going back again.

For larger room next time we will choose two twin beds.Noisy cleaners with hoovers early in the morning. Decor felt bit outdated, could do with an update. Given the very high rating of the hotel I was surprised as to the age and shabbiness of y room. The internet must be an internet.
