A big surprise in Paris ! Quite well located just in front of the Gare de l'Est, the Hotel offers clean and well-designed bedrooms. Although it is located in a busy street, the silence inside the room is remarkable. I had the chance to get a suite for a relative cheap price (86 €) but I may think that the standard rooms may be a bit small... Helpful staff and even if the check-in is a bit late (1500), they offer to keep your luggage until then (and even to call you if your room is ready earlier.

The location is great, we walked to most of the places we went to and you can get right down to the quarter Latin in about 40mins. If you prefer not to walk gare d est tube is about 30 seconds away from the hotel door. I would definitely use this hotel again. Excellent value for money. It's also just opposite Gare d'est, Paris east train station, so pretty much convenient. Hotel is really central and next to public transport (metro) that take you everywhere in the city. It was clean and it is obvious that it is a new hotel.The rooms are small but we spend all day out so no need for bigger space. Great value for money. Location is perfect. Maybe it is not really a 4star hotel..I Would say it is more a 3star plus.Small hotel, small lobby (not really a space to chat or sit with a group of friends) and tooooo muchhhh noisy!!! We could hear everyhting in the morning..doors closing, steps.. 15Euros for breakfast is also too much..in the street you can take a nice croissant and coffee much cheaper. The shower is strange, no curtain and water is almost everywhere... Just be careful as there are quite of few un-desirable types that congregate near train stations and end up hassling you. I liked everything about the hotel. It genuinelly is an excellent little hotel. The only downside is the location. The location itself is very convenient being near two major stations. But unfortunately the streets around the hotel are typical of central european cities where they are not very clean and they attract quite unsavoury looking people. But the hotel itself felt totally separate from that. nothing. Water everywhere after showering, having to mop it up after each of our showers No shower door or curtain and no drain hole in bathroom floor to collect the water that splashed out of the shower tray. Nothing, only the hotel signage is not clearly visible due to newly opened. It's takes sometimes to find it, as few buses stop in front of hotel main door. No other facilities I.e gym. didnt have all facilities required. Slightly small rooms Bathroom a bit dark. Nothing. Nothing.... all good. Due to a design fault there was almost No wardrobe space and there was No vent for the airconditioning in the bedroom (Junior Suite). The design is a little bit cold. Breakfast not included in tariff - cost 15 Euro extra for a continental I.E. no hot food breakfast. Location is convenient but not attractive. Entrance. Could not do laundry in the same day. shower curtain wouldnt move entrance could have been better. The internet conection could be faster. Tight, not much space even for 1 bag. Fire door is Extremely load!. Small room, extremely noisy (corridor and upstairs) as early as 6am and late night 2am. Breakfast was not good for the price. Rooms are small,but with everything needed. Soundproofing could have been better - lot of noise from other guests. No parking, need to park 32 eur per night at gare. Nothing. breakfast, Shower. - The entrance of the hotel was under renovation and looked more like a carpentry workshop.It should have been announced at the time of the booking taking into consideration guests with dust allergy which is my case. I was kind of stuck with a non refundable booking. Not too honest! - the reception was a bit of a chaos. - breakfast overpriced! I advise guests to go have breakfast at any of the cafes around, it will feel more like Paris. location - if you really need a place close to Gare du Nord or l'Est, ok, but the surroundings is dirty and poorly served in restaurants. The sheets were not changed. I found hair from the previous people to use the room. The rooms was too small, the wardrobe was super small.
