Location excellent. Room size is adequate. Staff on reception friendly and helpful. Bath very nice, shampoo and bath salts provided. Room serviced daily, bed made, clean towels and fresh glasses. The reception area is comfortable and welcoming. Several areas to sit by fire or read books or general sitting all on comfortable lounges. The two draws under the desk are very handy and they make for more space on the desk. The toilet is literally 2 steps from my bed. Wifi connection good in room and .
all reviews » I loved the location, because it's already close to several attractions, the most obvious one being the Notré Dame Cathedral. The metro and RER are close by so you can make it to different parts of Paris with ease. The hotel itself was excellent - clean, comfortable and modern. I went with my younger brother, who is 11 years old and so the hotel is appropriate for older children. The staff were very helpful and perfectly bilingual. Room is comfortable for one person. I don't mind the bath tub is in the bedroom without a curtain or screen but it is not suitable for sharing with a friend. There is a running machine underground which is so rare in Paris. With frequent shower outside these days it is so convenient. Perfect location for anybody visit Paris either for business or tourism. The location is perfect. Just outside is the Metro, Cafe, Supermarket, Boulangerie, etc. There is a self serve laundry less than a block away. The staff here are fantastic & very helpful. The bed is very comfortable & the doona gives it a comfy feel. You really cannot get much better for the price. Also, the WiFi is fast & free. Great design for boutique hotel with back lit bath tub. Lift is very small Better value breakfast can be found on Blvd St Germaine, a short walk from to hotel. The only TINY downside is that whomever is in the room with you could see you having a bath/shower if they wanted to as it's not completely enclosed (this is probably a plus for couples however). Also the breakfast is on the pricey side €11, so perhaps have a hunt for cheaper cafes. If the price didn't change at different time I would book it regularly for my business trips. I know it is common for hotels in Paris but still it is a shame you can't stay in the same hotel with the same price even you stay frequently. The only problem that I have with this Hotel is that there is no iron or ironing board at all in the hotel. I bring my own travel iron. Room was on the small size but it is Paris after all. Would have liked a fridge and tea making facilities in room. Also grab handles in bath area. We have no negative comments at all! For a longer stay the room might have been a bit small, but for overnight it was perfect. Have to note that (at least in our room) there was no wall between the shower and the room, so you should have a certain level of intimacy with the person you are stayig with. No iron available, could have a small bar fridge but this was not really that important. the room was a little bit small and there was no door between the e bedroom and the bathroom. Nothing was all very good. A little more bathroom privacy would be appreciated. Perhaps a curtain?. Bathrooms a bit awkward. Windows have to be open, I could hear the operations of a nearby restaurant kitchen. Small bathroom, small elevator, kinda pricey but this was my first Paris travel experience. Sheets were dirty, wifi did not work in room at all, smoking fumes from room next door filtered into room and there was no shower, bath only. toilet was ridiculous in that you couldn't close the door - hence my partner and i got to know each other a little better than we would have liked!. Too small Poor value for money. Noisy Cleaners at 8.30am every morning slamming doors and generally being loud and noisy!! Not good for a city break with late nights - cleaning could have been done later - not impressed!. Noisy lift. Bathtub in the room with no curtain or screen.The toilet hardly isolated from the room. Thinking you might share the room with a friend... the room the bathroom the wifi the price. really tiny room and bathroom right inside the room with no door tiny corridor to acces the room high price for the the money sad furniture.
