Staff was great, super value for money, right in the centre of shopping and food. Next to Metro station. Internet was great, but I requested a room on the first floor as other revues said it was bad on the 2nd and 3rd floor. 24hr doorman, excellent, for people just too old for a hostel but don't want to blow the budget, this place was AMAZING!. The friendly reception and early availability of a room after a long flight from Australia. The proximity to the Railway and Metro stations and the location in general, cafe's, eateries, sights, etc.
all reviews » The staff made sure that we were assisted with luggage as there was no lift, we had a room with a shower which suited our needs, and they went out of their way to help us.the wifi worked well. For people with needs, the staircase is a challenge, but we managed with there assistance. no lift, but we knew it before we booked. little bathroom,but this is paris. Room and bathroom were very small. No elevator to upper floors Had some difficulty accessing internet at first, eventually managed... I was in the 3rd floor but had to go to 1st floor to get wifi signal. Wi fi didn't work in the room Cost more than booking sheet indicated and didn't accept American Express as booking sheet said they would. No elevator. Shower fitting was broken, toilet cistern was broken and held together with duct-tape. Internet is not available in 3rd floor . Toiletries given is insufficient, only a small packet per day ! The rate is steep and not value for money compare to the other hotel I stay later. Hardwork to carry baggage without lift. no lift. Not fun to the 3rd floor with 2 heavy bags.... Value for money and facilities, very weak network, Wi Fi. Verry small rooms. Wifi in the rooms fairly working. I was not able to use my "window" since ventilation of kitchen was ending up near it. Beds were not clean. Unreasonable high price for such rooms (even for Paris). It is more a Motel rather then Hotel. The single room is 10m2, there is no place at all. The only window goes on another wall. No elevator, the stairs are very small, I had difficulties to come with luggage. The rooms are very NOISY, I heard all the neighbors' sounds. The shower is old and there is NO HOT WATER. The radiator barely worked. Such a room must cost maximum half of its actual price. Old and not renovated. Had to go up 3 floors without lift by a narrow stair. Tiny room, tiny bathroom. Internet just worked in the stairs over reception, had to sit in the stairs for one hour to work. They made me pay when I went out for breakfast, probably thinking I would escape ("It is best to pay now") Never back!.
