Location metro is just arround the corner near all tourist attractions. It`s a very good location in a quiet street near everything.location. Beautiful relaxing breakfast.Very efficient front desk. Comfortable bedroom.wonderful location, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful rooms. We liked the athmosphere. All of the above. The location of Ferrandi was wonderful. The neighbourhood itself was charming and quite complete - with bistros and pastry shops just a few steps away. A grocery store and even laundry services. The staff were friendly and most of all our room was always clean and spotless by the time we returned for the nite. Made our Paris trip a memorable one!.

Didn't try there breakfast so I can't comment onthat but the lounge was very comfortable. The area around the hotel isvery quiet so you should get a good nights sleep. It was more expensive than it should have been and the walk to the Metro was longer than we would have liked. The noise from the main street (right in front of the hotel) was a bit of a bother. Chattering of the neighbours can be heard in the middle of the night and in the early hours but they weren't intolerable. So for light sleepers, a room in the back is recommended - tho maybe not as pretty.Extremely small rooms (don't think itcan be corrected anyhow), and a lack of light. You do not provide free internet access.The bathroom could do with a refit. expensive for what was offered, tiny rooms. The bathrooms are slightly dated. Although the rooms were very clean and tidy we had a superior roomrather than the standard and it wasn’t exactly roomy so the standardmust be small. There was also some construction work going on in thefoyer while we were there but it didn’t disrupt things to much. We werealso hoping to be a bit closer to the latten quarter which it looks onthe map but suppose that is our own fault:-). Breakfast was incredibly expensive!. My room neighbours... quite noisy! I may as well have slept in their room...Our bathroom sink sprung a leak. Our room was changed promptly. Rather noisy at times, and could have done with more tv channels.Room service is very over priced and uninspiring. Only an odd in-bath shower with no facilities for standing. The shower. You had to sit in the bath to have one, not easy!. Seems like they block some of the tv channels (sound, but no picture). Maybe a little off the beaten track so to say but all the same it was very pleasant.Hotel staff was efficient but rather unfriendly. The rooms were not nearly as nicely appointed as the hotel website indicated.Everything was ok, but the room was very small. room is too small. Bathroom and services were great, cleanliness of room not exceptional. Public arreas of hotel need up-dating and newer, less "musty" furnishing. Not really you cant have everything unless you want to pay. Basically the room was big, clean, reasonable price and most important in a safe convient location.The room was noisy - I could hear tv etc in neighbouring rooms and because it was hot I needed to keep the window open. Bring earplugs!. Description of the room was not entirely accurate! Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room!. Tiny hot room. Couldn't adjust temperature so had to move to another room. Second room still so hot had to frequently open the window. Noisy plumbing, Tired looking bathroom, Only 1 iron for 40 rooms and staff that aren't prepared to find out where it is or if it's available for use.the breakfast was expensive and not very good. Not worth the money spend. parking place was not nearby as mentioned on the website. The shower cubicle was too small, and had a curtain (instead of door).The shower was very uncomfortable. The rooms are far too noisy, it is not possible to sleep there without earplugs, as it wasn't just the noise from the street but also from the other rooms.The room could have used a good cleaning - bathroom ceiling, the corners, under the pipes. What one uses was clean but not everything one sees was so clean. The hotels selling point is its larger double rooms. I stayed in one of the smaller cheaper ones which was average at best. The first night I stayed (Sunday) the noise on the street was horrendous until 6am, even though i requested and was assured a quiet room. All i wanted was a little piece and quiet......
