The front desk staff are wonderful. The location of the hotel is great for walking in all directions of Paris. The rooms are not large but are functionable and very pretty. Not a typical Best Western hotel, thats why I chose it. The location to Rue Cler and lots of restaurants was great. it was close to everything and the hotel from the outside looked clean and inviting to people.

Has a nice terrace where you can take breakfast.Best Western Eiffel Park Hotel is very good located bulding 5min walk to Eiffel Tower, two metro stations to other facialities. Even tho this hotel is in the heart of Paris, it is very safe and quiet. Location, location, location. The location was great, an easy 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower, a lovely area, with facilites of cafes, eateries, fruit markets, supermarket, laundrette in the same street, and 100 metre walk to the metro.Superbly sited for Metro stations; close to Les Invalides, the Eiffel Tower the Seine walks, etc. Quiet and relaxing - staff very polite and helpful. very conveniently situated for eating and site seeing the staff all very pleasent and helpful at all times. the roof garden and being in the top floor. We would buy items from the bakeries for breakfast and have wine and cheese out there in the evenings. We also liked the fact that they had a "family" rate. The room was clean, but a bit smaller than the other rooms. The location was excellent, quiet street only 10 minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and about 20 minutes from Champs de Elysee.The breakfasts were quite expensive at Euro 12.00, and once they ran out of the meat or cheese, eggs they tended not to replenish. A huge rod dropped from the upper hotel directly above where were sitting for breakfast, it terrified us especially my mother. We were told "Well it didn't come from the hotel" Perhaps a free breafast would have been better, rather than trying to assign blame. is not htat i didnt like it, but the room was to hot ansd we did not know how to turn it down. also a tea and coffee facilities would have been a bonus in the room.the bathroom was a bit small,also when I booked my reservation I said that the reason for my visit to Paris was for my 40th birthday and if it was possible that we could have a room with the Eiffel view,but that didn,t happen,but altogether it was a lovely stay. The adjoining street was noisy at times during the night.The hotel was spacious and definetely better value for money compared to London and Amsterdam, and Rome. Yes the bedroom had two single beds pushed together and the mattress dipped in the middle giving unrestful sleep and ache.The room was next to lift so got very noisy at night and continuously wakeing us.Confirmation responses by email sometimes slow. It isn't a Best Western!. There was only one small closet for clothes, which was a bit too small for two persons. There was no good place to keep your hygiene-items in the bathroom and there was only one nob to hang your towel into. air con was not working. The room could be a little cleaner/ Better maintained. The hotel seamed understuffed and the reception seemed unapproachable most of the time.i was not impressed with the breakfast, we only ate breakfast one morning and when we went down for it there was not much of a selection for the price you pay. Breakfast is supposed to be til 10.30 and we went down at about 9.50 and a lot of the stuff was gone. it's cheaper to eat breakfast out and also a better selection. room was colder than I would have liked - hotel did not exchange currency -. The bed was ok, but not great. Our room carpet had been cleaned and was wet when we arrived - very poor - offered another room (away from kids) or free breakfast - not a good start at all.small rooms. No coffee/tea in the room.Room was very dated and bed was stiff as a board. not enough in room storage, more drawer space especially.Room size. Too much room furniture for such a small room.Also the "Japanese" theme did not work. The entrance was lovely, very impressive and grand but our room was a huge disappointment. There was only just enough room to walk around the bed, lighting was very poor, decor was rather dated and shabby and the shower was a powerful spurt that soaked the whole bathroom rather than a nice spray!.
