The staff was outstanding, breakfast very good and the room well cleaned. The convenience of its location.Location, room level, staff. The hotel was very convenient to 2 Metro stations, several cafes and even a patisserie for a snack-on-the-go. The room is small like other reviews stated but very comfortable and clean. Our room was very quiet though the hotel is located on a busy street. The hotel personnel were pleasant and helpful. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.

Even though I was in a non-smoking room, people were smoking in rooms near mine and smoke was coming into the room through the vents and water pipes. Additionally, the Front Desk never pick up the phone both times I called. Once to place a wake-up call, and the other to complain about the smoke and loud party that was going on after midnight.The street noise is pretty loud so you have to rely on the air con. If you don't like aircon and it's summer don't get a street room. very smal room. a litle too far from Bd Saint Germain.we had the impression the hotel was in the center of st germain.In fact it was closer to the ugly Montparnasse tower. Based on the market rates and location this hotel met our needs. Likely more suited to couples without children due to room size and ammenities.we had the largest room in the whole hotel and it was very, very small! My husband was too tall for the small (double) bed. small rooms. Internet , Room Service. very poor breakfast for that price. Very small room and bathroom. Too expensive for what it offered. . I retourned back to hotel at 15.30 pm and my room was not yet made up this annoyed me a little bit. This hotel was really bad value for money. I realise Paris is expensive, but have never paid so much for such a tiny, dark and depressing room with absolutely no natural light. It actually took some of the enjoyment from our trip. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone. Perhaps some other rooms are ok, but the one we were put in was like a broom cupboard.
