  Location, hosts (so welcoming and friendly and full of advice and knowledge regarding the area), amenities (especially the pool and garden), food, wine, nearby Chateau, room,..... absolutely everything!! A fantastic place to stay, we cannot praise it enough!! - Great lodge if you want to taste wine in the Medoc region. Very lovely owner who knows... what people say » perfectly how to recive guests. Great garden with pool and huge BBQ , lovely glass off wine and good beds to fall into late at night. We are coming back! Thanks again!!
