We were travelling south and this seemed like a nice spot to rest up. Hotel was gorgeous, staff excellent and the restaurant next door magnificent. Food was delicious and staff fabulous. Yes meal was a bit expensive but the setting and staff made our stay. This is a restaurant to dress up for. Smart casual at minimum! We didn't ...oops!. The staff was really helpful and the setting of the resort in relation to really enjoying the French countryside, one of the best meals I had in 12 days in France was a small waterfront establishment 5 minutes down the road.
