Awesome hotel for the price - the staff is extremely nice, and was veryhelpful. The amenities at the hotel are great- free wifi, free movies inmultiple languages. The breakfast is designed by nutritionists, and wasnot only healthy, but delicious. The room was spacious and verycomfortable. This hotel was one of the few pleasant surprises on mytrip, and I couldn't recommend it more. Wow. Everything. Brand new, clean, very large room, friendly staff, perfect design. Free internet, 24-hour fitness room, nice breakfast, food available at the lobby any time, excellent (one of the best) value for money.

My partner and Iloved the fact that there is free internet and free movies, great fortucking into bed!. the style and colorfulness of the room - bathroom like being on a boat! Lots of natural light in the room, good table to work on in room and email access. Excellent breakfast. Also liked the cabinet of food - very useful for late night quick snack as there were not many shops nearby. Location is convenient to Vieux Port for sightseeing. This is one of the best hotels I've ever experienced. The room layout is perfect, and very large for European standards. Tram stops right outside the door. Room is very quiet. Love the quiet room temp controls. Internet and movies on demand on TV. We stayed here with our 3 year old and it was perfect for us. Everything is positive. The loggia rooms are new, spacious, complete, comfortable and have a balcony. The bed is very good. Separate bathroom/ WC. Suite box includes Internet, TV, music and movies for free. Possibility of buying drinks and food at the reception for warming in the microwave.The room of course - great shower and bath - balcony - the size and comfortable chairs and and internet etc for no extra costs which are not so common in Europe.. The ample space in the rooms, huge bathroom compere with european standards, Breakfast funny and good. Breakfast at €12.50 was very expensive and scarcely worth it.Praking fees are too much. Having information/leaflets on how to use tram E.g tickets. Breakfast sistem is strange. The hotel was part of a development within the business district thatwasnt finished so although we had a lovely balcony, the view wasntgreat. The floor in the bathroom wasnt raised enough so that when youhave a shower, water got everywhere. Oh and no handtowel rails in thetoilet, annoying.No. I needed somewhere with good facilities while at a conference and had the benefit of the introductory room rate during my stay in Sept 2008. pillows too puffy (my biggest complaint), smell in lobby, would have preferred a typical buffet-style breakfast, bed a bit too hard, shower needs shelf. Room service forgot to leave clean towels and had to go down to the lobby twice. Really petty stuff - I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.Hotel difficult to find (hint: it is in the same building as the Ibis). The area is still under construction. Information about parking is insufficient: the window to our car (parked in front of the hotel) was destroyed at 11 AM by thieves. The hotel only offers parking during the night. Next night we were brutally robbed when trying to access the parking of the hotel at 10 PM. My husband thought the bed was a tad uncomfortable so I marked 'good' for comfort but I slept well and didn't find it uncomfortable at all.Parking price too expensive. Toilet cubicle felt like I was on the cross channel ferry! My daughter thought it smelt a little stagnant too. Housekeeping was a little lax on one occasion, i.e no spare toilet roll or fresh coffee cups.there wasnt one thing I can say bad about the hotel. View from hotel is a building site. As in many new hotels, the staff was helpful but insufficient in numbers. We needed bedlinen for the third bed (child) but we had to wait for more than 1 hour because the only staff avialable had to be at the reception front desk since she was alone. It did not have any restaurants or shops round it so that it was easy to pop out to get something. Petit dejuner was expensive.The Breakfast system is not that good, Quality is OK, but the overall set-up should be reviewed, sometimes you have to wait 10 minutes to get a Cafe au lait. The beds however are very hard. The area where the hotel is located is under development, but very convenient when taking a cruise, since it is near the port.The costs of the parking around the hotel are quite expensive. Breakfast very very expensive. For some reason I could not get the internet to work. The location is way off centre, and on the first night out of 2, none of the facilities advertised (internet/films/music) didn't work and couldn't be repared till the next day.Nonetheless no compensation was offered even when requested. The "view" rooms are looking up a car parking zone.Extremely rude young girl on desk when we checked in on Sun night. We considered breakfast 'new age', overpriced and disgusting. Overall would say the hotel had a very strange atmosphere. We were sorry we had not booked to stay next door at the Ibis for all 3 nights we were away, as the staff, breakfast and atmosphere could not be faulted, we had paid around 60% less per night for this hotel...
