Very charming hotel, in the old French style of the city of lyon, located in the mere center of the city. Very confortable and spacious room. The staff was very welcomed and helpfull with any of uour request.Excellent breakfast in a beautifully decorated room.

A perfect choice for the ones who look for a centrally located hotel. Breakfast were enough good. Staff were quick and helpful.

The elevator is a big problem. It is very difficult to get in and get out, especially if you have two big baggages. Our room was very cold as we entered. We had to wait for hours in order to heat it.

hospitality was very good and so was their room service. Mercure hotel in Lyon have made a sincere impression. If and when I plan a future trip I would definitely look for a Mercure hotel to stay in. Merci beaucoup

The location was the best of it.

Disgusting toilet and horrible style of the room. Not fitting at all with the old style of the hotel. Everything was outdated and shabby.
