The bedroom and bathroom was extremely clean, very impressed by this. The inroom entertainment allows FREE access to all movies, which is really useful. The location is directly across the station that the Euro star arrives in which is convenient and proximity to the town centre is also excellent. Would def recommend. The staff were great nothing too much trouble for them even though we didn't speak fluent french well. The room very quiet and spacious.Hotel close to all the amenities. We will definately stay at your other locations if have the opportunity to visit other areas and will recommend to family and friends.

Superb location only 2 minutes from the EuroStar station in Lille and less that 10 minutes from the action yet pleasingly quiet. It was nice an quiet an the room had everything one required; From a hair dryer, a kettle, a microwave;There were both an independent shower and a bath. It was perfect as well as a television in English if we wanted to watch as well as the internet. Brilliant!. I travel constantly for work and when you walk in you feel as if you are at home, gorgeous foyer. Rooms are large and nicely arranged. Staff very friendly and supportive. We booked the suite for 4 people at the rate of E87.50 per night and made clear on our booking that this was for 4 people. However when we arrived the staff advised that a supplement was payable for the "extra" 2 people. It was a shame to have to argue about this as the website was very clear at the time of booking that the cost was for 4 ppl.no private parking, need to park in train station parking (a bit expensive). The video on demand service in the hotel rooms did not work properly. I assume this is an ongoing trial as there was no charge for this service - all films were free. However, if I paid I would be disapointed.Paper cups for tea and coffee provided in the room!. The breakfast wasnt very good or value for money. Poor value in 30 euro breakfast.Free coffee and cake was just fine. you can only buy wine by the glass at the bar! (bring your own corkscrew and stock up at Calais!). My children did not like the breakfasts and thought that too much of the food was too grown-up. Too hot.no plates or mugs in the room... Like all hotels there never seems to be enough milk for the tea and coffee. could not fault it. after shower the bathroom was full of water since the slope was not good.They have a policy to plant a tree for every four towels that are re-used, but the breakfast is served in all plastic and cardboard boxes.Personnally, I did not like the breakfast too much: it wasn't bad, butdid not meet the expectations of a "breakfast buffet" (too artificial).The parking lot underneath the hotel is rather expensive. The matrassesare too hard. air conditioning is absolutely not performant, some electricity problem in the room, staff by the check-out couldn t make clear about the telephone bill.the breakfast!. Bad carparking facilities and breakfast. Breakfest in a box,. the matresses on the beds were very, very hard.On site it said room for 2-4 people. When we got there we had to pay extra because we were 4 adults. Did not say this on site, hidden costs!. Location, it is above a highway and next to the railwaystation, when you open a window it is very noisy. It was very warm in the room as well, seemed like the fan wasn't working.
