The staff were really helpful and were happy to put our stroller in the cloak room each night so we didn't have to struggle with it in the tiny elevator. Also we had left a small item behind and they were happy to post it back to us.

The decors of the Hotel is really very good. I had booked a classic room, but was lucky to get an upgrade to superior. I absolutely loved the carpet furnishing in the room.The bed was comfortable and overall the room was very well furnished with modern wardrobes (lights upon opening etc.). Originally I booked two rooms for two nights. Upon arrival both the rooms were upgraded. Since my friends had to stay a few more nights in one the rooms, they were let to use the upgraded room during their whole stay. Huge respect to the staff helping my friend during their stay.
