  This is a beautiful hotel in the center of core Paris resulting in having all top spots (sightsing, restaurants and shopping) within walking distance. The hotel consists of 6 floors and we enjoyed a standard room (nr. 66 – Justine & Charles) on the 6th floor. Our window faced the back yard and was really nothing to special - This hotel experience was superb. The staff was attentive, helpful, and friendly, which is extremely welcome in a city known for hostility to visitors. The rooms and common areas look superb and recently renovated. The deluxe double room we stayed in was lovely and had a very comfortable washroom and shower. Daily turndown service was an added and unexpected bonus.   Found to the hotel to be extremely comfortable. Did not eat in the hotel so can't comment on the food. Staff were extremely helpful. Location was quite good. Right beside Galeries Lafayette and alot of other shops but a little further away from the main tourist attractions that I thought. However Taxis were surprisingly good value (we did not ... what people say » use the metro but there is a shop beside hotel) - Staff were extremely accomadating, helpful and friendly. They upgraded our room also because we had a baby with us and it was of a bigger size. We thought this was especially kind.
