  The hotel is part of a new development at the southern tip of the Presqu'il - there's a significant shopping mall right next door - so the decor is nice and there is free wi-fi. Although it seems like it's out of the way, it's just round the corner from the t1 tram, which c - This hotel met all of my expectations regarding quality and service. It is situated in the developing area close to the old town, together with recently constructed offices, apartments and a shopping centre. The view from the window is therefore the old river side and modern architecture, which is nice. In getting to the old city I highly recommend to use the boat instead of the tramline+underground. Free secure parking. - Very, very impressed that the rooms were not smokey as French hotelshave been in the past. Everything very clean. They really know what non-smoking means.   This was a great place to get to see the sights, markets old Lyon. Plenty of small boulangerie and other shops to buy food items to prepare - (we booked a suite) instead of paying 10e for breakfast in the ding room. There is a large internationally styled shopping centre, (Confluence)including a supermarket and restaurants just one tram stop away ... what people say » - an easy walk. It was also close to the large Perrache station with trains to other parts of France and Europe. It was however quiet at night. - The hotel is conveniently located in the Confluence neighbourhood, perfect if you access Lyon by car from south. Parking is easy to find outside the hotel and they also have a garage. Staff is wonderful and eager to help. Ophelie at check-in was kind enough to help us choosing the room. Breakfast was good and not expensive. Position for sightseeing is great, if you don't feel like driving there is a subway station just 5 minutes from the hotel. Will recommend it to anyone going to Lyon.

  Nice room, very small for small amount of money, everything was fair... - Cheap, clean and centrally located, it offered good value for money. The facilites are very basic, really just a bed and bathroom. Just fine for us but mightn't suit people who wanted to spend time in their hotel.
