  Reception was very friendly and extremely helpful. All queries - also tourist information - were attended to very well. Facilities are very clean. Space is limited in the room, but did not bother. Location is the best you can ask for. Busses are on the doorstep and can take you in any direction. The Gare l'Est station is also next door.   It was our second stay in the hotel. The hotel is situated right in the centre of Reims in the walking area. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes nearby.
