  Very nice hotel! Had a specious room (at leats for Paris), Provides fast internet access (both WIFI and cable). Because the hotel is fairly new, the equipment was so too.   Big room, quiet, clean, very good location. - We arrived at 2 PM and the receptionist had the key ready for us. The room was clean and the shower was strong. The hotel is conveniently located about 150 meters from Montparnasse Station. The value was good for Paris in June although there was no breakfast.

It's a fairly short walk from Montparnasse train station and an even shorter walk to the closest Metro. Our room was small but comfortable. Friendly English-speking and helpful staff, breakfast delivered to the room, nice and clean rooms, good bath; my room had a great balcony to sit in and breath the city air.
