The central location of the hotel, the roof terrace and the size of the room and bathroom. Close to everything. Great room.simple, clean, well located. Central location. Concierge very accommodating. Local to beach and town. We liked the hotel and wish to return next year, however maybe tea/coffee facilities would be beneficial. Unloading cases and parking was difficult.
