  For my business trip, the location was perfect: close enough to the University of Bordeaux II Segalen. It was very easy to get there from the train station by the two trams (C and A) which goes through the old city. The tram stop is very close to the hotel. The free breakfast was very good and the staff friendly. The bedroom and bathroom were OK. ... what people say » I liked the idea of keeping the towels for ecological reasons. The hotel is staffed 24h a day. - Overall we really liked our stay here. It's a very simple hotel, but has modern design, is well-maintained and everyone is friendly. Breakfast was great, very complete. The location is quite good, it's in a calm part of the town (at least in August) and within walking distance to the center. The car park was also very convenient and reasonably priced. Having free gummies and water in our room, plus croissants and coffee, was a nice touch!

The people on reception were very friendly and helpful and pointed us up to our room on the first floor. So much better than it might have been!
