Really nice people ran the hotel - helpful and friendly. The cleanest hotel I have ever been to - great job! Very good insulation - we did not hear any noises from other guests. The location was excellent - quiet and very central. Overall, would definitely recommend to all. Limpio, cómodo, tranquilo y económico teniendo en cuenta que es Biarrtiz. Fácil comunicación en autobús con la estación. Clean, confortable, quiet and inexpensive if we have in mind it is in Biarritz. Good location. The train station can be easily reached with the bus.

The breakfast room is charming, well decorated and clean. The breakfast, enough. The Weather - constant rain and wind. Made it impossible to walk the beach. We waited for the Tourist Train but it didn't turn up. Nothing. Nothing really. Parking was a problemand not provided. No air conditioning or fans. Quite thin walls for noise to filter through. Not the end of the world... Quite fine. Oh and no fridge. Bummer as market has great food. No fridge, small room, tiny bathroom. nothing. The ceiling in our room was so low we would hit our head each morning getting up. Small and uncomforatble bathroom. The smell from the bathroom & the cracked tiles in the bathroom. rooms were plain and basic, hotel was a little away from center of town,. Smaller room and bathroom, clean but old furniture, well painted but I think it's not a 5* relation between quality and price. Maybe if it was a bit cheaper... Really I liked it, but not absolutely.
