I loved everything about this hotel. The country setting. The size andcleanliness of the rooms. The wonderful selections for breakfast whichwas included in the room price. My favorite of all was the coffeemachine that would make you six different types of coffee. I intend tostay there next year for the Paris Air Show. The Hotel was very clean and welcoming the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was good, it was very near the airport in fact we walked to and from the airport and Beauvais is a lovely town.all reviews »
Close to the airport, shower was hot with good water pressure throughout, quiet room, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful (spoke good English too). The (comfort)room was just renovated and was very nice and modern. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom excellent. Station for metro quite near.Staff was very helpful. They even spoke english which was nice considering the other places we went no one did. My French is not at all good. 20 minutes walk from airport, next to McDonalds, nice and welcoming people at reception, room equiped with TV and a bath.clean and spacious room (there were 4 of us (family). It was close to the airport. The staff were very helpful. Lack of staff on duty at times in reception - required to use codes or keys for access and if lost or forgotten it would be a problem. availibility of light lunch would be useful as there are no restaurants within walking distance other than mc Donalds. Breakfast was OK but could be improved.we had flights in and out of beauvais airport. maybe a sign near the airport directing guests to the hotel as im sure many people use the city hotel to catch early morning or late night flights. no street lighting near airport and no taxis so had to walk (2km) but it wasnt a problem for me but maybe would put off other guests. wholemeal bread for breakfast. Lack of food options nearby. As a vegetarian, I had to go mostly hungry for dinner. Lack of an airport shuttle or clear instrutions on how to catch a bus to the airport was a problem. Rooms were a bit cramped although for a quick overnight stay it wasn't much of a problem. Interconnecting rooms would be good for families.The matress on the bed was too soft and there was a poor supply of breakfast items (e.g. no fresh fruit). Breakfast was an extra charge. Rooms could do with tea/coffee making facilities. A noisy coach party arrived late evening and, as a result, was rather chaotic at breakfast time.The out-of-hours electronic check-in is difficult, cumbersome, and fraught with the possibility that any electronic glitch will leave you
stranded for the night outside the front door. Woul dlke gym facilities. Very small doughy croissants at breakfast. This hotel does not provide a computer for guests. Most hotels I stayed at in Europe have a computer in the lobby where guests can quickly access emails and tend to business, which at times is imparative while travelling. This is especially true if the hotel is not located near an internet cafe.All was fine - if I had to criticise it would be that the entry to the car park seemed a little temperamental and the automatic coffee machine din't indicate a need for a separate cup to be placed under the spout before choice selection but these issue are insignificant in an otherwise very efficient service. We are non-smokers, and when we arrived in the room found an underlying smell of old cigarettes, despite this being now a non-smoking room. The other niggle was the shower head, which had been set at a height comfortable for short people.Shuttle to airport at 4 euros each for 1.5 miles!.
