The apartment style room was spacious, clean, comfortable and well- equipped. Functional rather than luxurious. The buffet breakfast was ample. The staff were cheerful and helpful. The walking distance into the centre and to the train would have been even quicker in good weather. I thought the location was excellent and the hotel met my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ate breakfast and dinner there and the food was good. There was lots of variety. The Wi-Fi was good. And I enjoyed the sauna.

Breakfast is good with a lot of choices. They also serve buffet dinner for a very reasonable price. The staff is super helpful. I asked for a kettle and they lent it to me for the entire 3 nights that I was there. Heating is good, warm room. Sauna is nice. If you are going to 2-3 days for shopping, the hotel is not a bad option. The hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Rovaniemi. Location near centre of town (10 min by walking). Very convenient Nice breakfast Friendly staff. Facility ok. Clean. price was average and breakfast buffet was good. It is a short distance from Santa Village and Santa Park. It is in Lapland, so the area is beautiful and unique. It was not possible to shut out completely the light from the street at night. If this bothers you, you might need an eye mask, which we had. Dinner was inexpensive and 'homely' is a fair description, with all that implies. We had our room to the front. The hotel is situated at a main and therefore pretty busy road, so we couldn't leave the window open for long because it was too noisy. The hotel had more of a hostel appeal to it but it was clean and cheap. make noise in upper room. Corridor has mild toilet-smell but not in the room. no fridge. Better internet, maybe. Cleaning could be improved. Wall is pretty thin. Wifi is weak. I was there for 3 days and couldn't get connected at all. Good thing my life doesn't depend on it so it's not a problem for me. If you need to use the Internet, they have a computer in the hotel for guests to use. No lift. 2 small beds instead of 1 big as you make a request at time of booking. The room had no towels for the face. There was nothing to wash our hands. Bins (bucket for dry garbage) stood on the table:)). There was a torn hole in the bed sheet. No hand washing gel even to wash the hand after using toilet. Spider net or white thing on hanging on the wall. This is next door to a Hostel and in fact was initially a Hostel. I would consider it to still be one. The room was poorly ventilated, has no air-condition (it is advertised as having it). There is a 6 inch window with a screen, but in order to draw the drapes one must close the window. I asked for a fan and the kind receptionist gave me the one at the front desk, which was the smallest one on the market. Our room faced the back parking lot (alley). At 6am a diesel truck woke us up. Stayed 3 nights at Apartment a, The floor are dirty which have sweet and sand on the floor, the lighting are not work. Heater is not warm. Shower temperature is not stable (I.E. too hot and then too cool). No daily clean up.
