  Staff are fabulous. They serve you before you even think to ask them. I ordered room service and one of the dishes I didn't like its taste, but I just left it and my friend ate hers. When they got back the table, and saw that I haven't eaten what I orderes, they called me to ask what was wrong with the dish and I simply told them I didn't like its... what people say » taste, they apologized and offered to serve me another dish on them, and they sent a complimentary fruit platter as well. The staff at breakfast are - probably the best location possible in cairo, right on the nile (just a couple of blocks away from tahrir square and the egyptian museum). i felt safe in the hotel..despite the revolution going on (with guns and tanks and protestors) just a couple of blocks away. :) the hotel security was good (with extra guards and metal detectors at the front entrance). also, the roof-top pool was very nice and welcoming.

  The services are perfect , also I did ask for Semiramis hamburger for the room as a dinner it was perfect , delicious and very big one . Also that chief and bread woman in the breakfast hall , they were amazing I do really want to thank you and your staff . Thank you - I liked the location,I recomend booking a driver to collect you from the airpo... what people say » rt to the hotel as this was done very quick and you did not have to wait outside long ques toget your visa....it cost me 30 british pounds which is about 300 egyptian dollars

  The Hilton Ramses staff were friendly welcoming and helpful. Great location near the river Nile. The Hotel is very close to the famous Cairo Museum too and you must visit. Our room was very clean and comfortable and had everything needed for an overnight stay. Variety of food for breakfast was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay there, our ... what people say » thanks to the Hilton for a great experience. - I stayed at Ramses Hilton in Cairo when the political situation was still unstable. In fact more violence erupted there only 2 days after I left. However the staff did not let this affect their professional & efficient performance. They made me very welcome & comfortable & the service was very good. I would recommend this hotel.
