The courteous and efficient staff (and for being in Egypt, they werenot looking for a tip every 5 minutes!).The rooms were clean, luxuriousand had all you needed.The views were amazing! Would recommend a dip inthe pool :-). Very accesible location. Only 10 mins walk from Egyptian museum. Great views of Nile. Very nice hotel. Staff excellent in assisting in retrieving our lost bags from airline. Concierge desk very informative.

They are not waking you up at 7.30 in the morning,also even if youare late for breakfast they are very polite and they allow you tohave breakfast. The staff was very friendly, especially Mr. Tarek who helped me checked in.Location, City View and Hotel facilites. Quality of the room, helpfulness of staff. They upgrade me to buissnesflour . location and the room serices. Cleanliness was only an issue on first night. live music in the lobby. One at the le Meridian heliopulis hotel for 2 nights and was happly charged the same amount of rate you guys have stated on the voucher i printed from your site. However, when i checked out from Cairo Sheraton they have charged me 12% Service and 12% Tax plus another 2% I dont know what.room is big but hotel is old so mattress and bathroom tiles old. refurbishment going on during stay, some restaurants and services excluded. Very old bath. There were alot of noise in the room coming from contruction in the hotel.Room service. it is very very old. Even though I was in a smoke free floor, cigarette smoke was everywhere, in the halls, in my room, etc. non-cooperative staff. very bad services not normal for shiraton. we had to waite 4 hours in the early morning to check in. Once the bes it is now decadent and shabby. Not clean enough. And too old.
