Nice place good location and very helpful friendly people. Very clean. Tidy clean room, close to Metro, helpful staff.Good location, friendly staff, inexpensive. very helpful staff, central location. Staff courteous and helpful, good safety deposit box system, rooms simple but clean, good location near the subway, easy walk to center town. Right in the heart of downtown, close to all amenities and the subway too.

Hotel sould provide bath room fecilities little more useful. For example, there sould be a bucket and a mug to cater the needs of the far eastern people. Closure to Cairo museum,Bus station and nice,not expensive restaurant.people were nice. The garden bar andrestaurant. Good laundry services. Excellent breakfast. front office was helpful although the tours they arrange are ripp offs. Good air conditionated room.simple, reasonably pleasant. bathrooms could be cleaner. one thing that is close to metro station.The only good thing about this hotel is the location, near metrodowntown. Buffet diner was soso. Poor condition of electrics. 1- No wireless internet available, 2- the sound of the AC is really niosy and you cannot sometimes sleep, 3- the TV is tiny and just a few channals are available. There should be internet service. The break fast should be better,. next to a busy road, something not very comfortable in cairo. Pretty unavoidable as well though. The smelly filthy bathroom. Had to get staff to come in with dettol to get mask the smell. they did not clean bathroom floor and bath tub for 4 nights we stayed. We had to use the same bed sheets all the days. The shower was broken. When we arrived the toilet in the room was dirty. One day they did not clean our room.they did not have recollection of my reservation when i arrived, although they were able to accomodate me. hotel room was so cozy.not enough space.fridge was not working and nobody care.table was broken again nobody care.but i dont blame letsbookhotel.com coz afterall its our choice.letsbookhotel.com service is excellent.In general it was filthy (restaurant area not clean, stairs had garbageon the floor, etc); they do not have double beds (only twin beds), wepayed a lot of money to the person at the reception for a servicee toairport and he just stopped an old crappy cab in the street to whom hepayed half the price, etc. not recommendable at all !!! not value formoney!!!!!!!!.
