I am there every time if I'm in Prague, that is enough for ananswer - no !?. everything it was excellent. location, services. best. Very good location, easy to walk to the most important points of turistic interest, a lot of parking places around the hotel, plus a paid and guarded parking, inside heated swimming pool, good breakfast.

Prior to arriving at the hotel I emailed to arrange airport transfers and found the staff to be efficient, helpful and courteous. This continued during during our stay. On the last night of our trip we had a meal in the Hotel Coppernick restaurant. The food and service were both excellent. Although a little bit out of the town there is an excellent tram service with a stop just oputside the ho. The decor, the cleanliness, easy to get there and to the airport, easy access and parking. Clean comfortable rooms. Excellent buffet breakfast. Free safe in room. Good hotel, good location, obliging staff at the reception. The spacious rooms and fridge. the hotel it's really nice, a bit old but everything was ok. it's a bit far from the city centre but i has a good tram conection.Staff were friendly and helpful. The location is just outside the Castle area and though not extremely central-central, it is a nice walk from the Old Town through the Lesser Quarter. It is a short walk (15 to 20 minutes) to the Castle and to Mala Strana. It is easy to go, but very hard (steep slopes) to return. So, will need a tram, which stops in front of the hotel. Good location - walking distance to castle and tram stop literally just outside.location near Hradcany. room service. The hotel was OK. I did only stay there for about 7 hours, and for me it was OK. Breakfast : I had higher expectations for a breakfast in a **** hotel Some staff at check-in friendly, one lady was not friendly. They charge for use of pool. The rate of the 4 night stay at the hotel was set at 422€. The payment was made by bank card and was charged in czech kronas. The exchange rate used was one set by the hotel, which is worse than the official rate, so in the end my card was charged for 465€.The breakfast service is a little bad. If you don't pay an extra for the "business breakfast" you have to eat in large tables with other guests. It's not a problem but the cleaning of these tables is not good. Usually there are dirty dishes on all tables from the people that has eaten before. It would be very nice if hotel other personel could be also helpful and friendly!!. On the last day, when picking up my suitcase from the room, there was some strange smell from the bathroom. In any room, you will hear the road/the trams, but it was ok. The only two things I desliked was: 1st. I asked for a cab and the employee called the most expensive one in Prague. I had to ask to call again for another taxi, who charged half the price. 2. They charge for leaving the luggage in the hotel, in case we make the check out and leave the city later. I acknowledge it is cheap (20 krowns per piece), but it is definetely nasty!. Breakfast wasn't brilliant - although comes with price of room so can't complain. separate price for swimming pool. good * * * hotel, not full featured * * * *. Far from the city centre, however easy access by tram.extra bed in triple room very uncomfortable. When I booked it I think I did read somewhere in your pages that it was 5 km from the airport. I was surpriced when the taxidriver told me it was 12 km away.Yes, the woman at the currency exchange refused to give us change for the metro because another guest might need it. It made no difference that we , as guests, needed the change. The Hotel manager then proceeded to tell us that they did not have any responsibility at all to provide any service to their customers in any form or fashion. The only thing they were obligated to provide was a room. Staff did not seem hospitable at all. Bar, internet, fitness etcetera expensive.A lot!!! We were treated poorly by the statt during checked in. As well,staff were not welcoming (surly!). The only person that treated as wellwas the bell man. Breakfast was not great. We in fact extended our stayand were aware that hotel has room availability for the same price butindeed up staying at the more expensive hotel (50 Euro difference) dueto our dissatisfaction. the bathroom was not very clean. Breakfast is very basic. King size bad had two mattresses, which was a bit weird. Using of pool is not included in the rate. The biggest problem we encountered was really stinking smell from the restroom. We complained and received an answer that they are full and we cannot have another room. Hotel did not suggest any solution or compensation. Shower door was jamming all the time - it was rather annoying. The room service was absent. During the five days of our stay there, the sheets were never changed.we found some of the staff rude and unhelpful. katrina the manager was excellent. we had 2 nights with no hot water, made a complaint and were told to keep running it until hot comes (after 30 minutes no hot water) breakfast not up to 4 star standard, not a 4 star hotel in our opinion. Room not thoroughly cleaned, waste bins not emptied daily, coffee making facility not replenished, towels with holes. > Situation > Billing at check out was unclear.
