Fantastic location, within walking distance of everything, right in the middle of Aldstadt but room very quiet. Room absolutely beautiful with all the extras. Bed was so comfortable and big enough for 6.

Nice and quiet little place next to Old Town Square, with a friendly hotel staff speaking english extremely well (compared to the rest of Prague). Our room was clean and comfortable.

The breakfast was... well, let's say nothing special (and the restaurant's staff could really learn english better, or at all).

The room was very well furnished

The breakfast was poor for a hotel this standard. Juice from concentrate, low quality tea and jams. Not what you expect from a hotel of this rating standard.

The wooden cheiling is beautiful, but quite creaky when people from upper floor are walking, so try to get a room at the top floor- otherwise (and if you're not a heavy sleeper), prepare for some noisy mornings...

Very spacious rooms. Extremely clean. Really good location just off the Old Square, so nice and peaceful but good access to square. Lovely bathroom. Free Wifi.

Big room, nicely decorated. Central and still quiet. Mac and Nespresso machine in room was a nice touch. Huge bed!

breakfast was basic and limited. Should of at least extended the use of the Nespressos!

Location in the heart of Prague, in a few steps from Staromestska square. Beautiful city view (Tyn Church). Very interesting painted medieval ceiling. Nespresso coffee machine in the room and in the hall.

The localization, the badroom, the bathroom,the batch (douche), the breakfast, the silent, the nesspresso, the computer with printer, private parking. Every item is perfect. It's a litle difficult to find out but when you stay there everything is ok.

Location is excellent. The hotel is situated near all the main places of interest of Prague. Just few steps from Old Town Square. There are many good pubs and restaurants in the near of the hotel. But nevertheless it is a very quiet place where you can have a good rest.

The noise from the central heating and ventilation in the room irritated sometimes.

This was a gem of a find - very close to the old town without being caught up in the tourist trap necessarily. Being secluded on a quiet square with a view of the Tyn Church, the nights were very peaceful and the beds were the largest I've ever seen (exceptionally comfy as well).The bathroom had a large shower and bath as well as heated floors - which was a pleasant surprise on a cold autumn morning. Breakfast was a good standard of a continental style breakfast. Hotel also offers help setting up tours and umbrellas for use on rainy days. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Our room was on the third (top) floor, which meant a lot of stairs. While this was not an issue for us (plus the staff carried our bags), I imagine this would pose an issue for those with mobility issues. The TV set was a little small for the room (we weren't there for watching TV).

Large rooms, huge bedroom, privacy. The hotel is small - only six rooms so it is quiet. Breakfest was nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great - we stayed for 4 night and we almost didn't have to use the public transport. Everything is so close. There is a nesspresso coffee machine at the loby and a computer with fax, printer and scanner. Free. The rooms are very nice and clean. The main attractions are one minute away. This is a very nice place to stay in. We had a great time.

The hotel offers you to order a transport from the airport ro the hotal - don't use that. It's too expenssive. You should order a regular taxi at the airport - it's cheaper. Use the aaa taxies (at the airport you will see them). Note that you have to use the stairs to get to your room. Not suitable for old people or handicaps.

The room is quite big and comfortable. The bed is super big. It's just 2 minute walking to the old town square, but it is very quiet in the night.

We requested for the airport pickup service. But the driver was late for half hour. The breakfast is really basic.

The room had an amazing feel, between the enormous bed, tapestries, beautiful bathroom and great fittings. From our room on the third floor the view of the fairytale towers of Týn church was surreal. Location was perfect, being a block back from Old Town Square in a quiet square.

Beware the stairs: these were not a problem for us, but there is no lift and we were on the (top) third floor.

Location was amazing in Tyn square which has so much of its own history as well also so close to the Old Town Square. Room was great with the biggest bed we've every seen and a bathroom which was modern - great shower. Staff at hotel Metamorphis were friendly and helpful. When our taxi didn't arrive a young manager drove us to the train station. Great stay in old town.

Stairs to our room however staff carried our cases so that covers a major problem as you get older!

Huge clean room with a bed that can fit 4 people easily. The room had an ironing board and iron so it was perfect for biz travel. There's an iMac in the room too. Bathroom was clean and had a bath and separate shower. Location is great because it's right in the city centre close to Old Town square, bars, and shops. It's in a small courtyard so it's quiet at night although there are several bars in the vicinity.

The most amazing thing was the location. It was in a kind of court with restaurants and nice gift shops... And 30sec away from the old town square. As a female solo traveller... For my first solo trip, this was perfect. I felt really safe and it made my experience really enjoyable. He staff let me in the room a bit earlier which was nice, they also booked my cab and sent some postcards... There was also this apple laptop in the room. Room was massive and beautiful. Tbh there were 3 double beds but there could have been a 4th added... Not sure they offer this service though.

Hugeeeee bed and very handy to have a iMac in the room to search for local reviews, the bathroom was nice, great location for everything and breakfast was great

Only a minor thing but I don't like a concierge and how they expect to be paid for carrying your bag 100m when you have carried it all day and to get paid for it

Location was second to none. Huge bedroom, good bathroom. All you would expect.

No lift, my partner is on crutches at the minute, and the old steps were difficult to navigate. Breakfast was served in another building, about two floors down a spiral staircase.

It says it all that I did not want to leave. Excellent setting behind the Tyn Church in the most attractive little courtyard of the old town in Prague. Spacious double room with timber ceiling and tastefully luxurious decoration. Generous amenities that include a Nespresso coffee machine and a Mac in the room. Courteous and efficient service at the reception (they printed out couple pages for me and lent an umbrella for no charge). The breakfast is standard, though, nothing special and not a wide variety of options.

The room service forgot to leave the three welcome Nespresso coffee capsules in the room before my arrival :)-

Room was very comfortable & clean. Bathroom was more than perfect. Huge king size bed and very nice thought to have a nespresso coffee machine availably 24/7. Location couldn't be better!

TV has practically no reception-3 channels, none with news in English. Hard to find when arriving by car. Fair bit of stairs to climb with your big bags as there is no elevator. No mini bar in the room. My room can hear noises in the night from restaurants downstairs and early morning garbage clearance.

The Staff was Rude, they dint have American adapters and even told us to buy our own. They couldn't provide a dental kit

Good quality wifi, big room and bathroom.

The location is very central, but in a party location with an Irish pub and lot of drunk tourists around at night. Breakfast is served in a restaurant off-site which was very unpleasant. Staff didn't seem to care about anything.
