Location - close to the center, easy to get to. price and location. cheap and comfy. Staff really polite and helpful 10/10. Clean room was basic but comfortable. Contenental self service breakfast had a fair selection of food.Excellent price/value ratio. The hotel staff attitude was excellent. Their english was good. The local information provided was good. The breakfast was hearty and typical as far as I could tell (cereal, bread/toast, orange juice, and cold meats), self-serve buffet.

I got what I paid for, really too far from town, too close to tram line, could hear everything.Place - in front to a tram station, with a direct line to the center. There is a noisier side to the hotel, by a busy tram line, and the backside which is much quieter. Please post subway and tram stops to find.The hotel is rather noisy (or guests are too loud) and the breakfast service is quite poor. Tv in room was only with Czech channels and terrible picture. The room was simple and clean but try to wake up before 11am or they won't clean your room ;). internet is not free. Breakfast is served too late, at 8.00, it is not possible to have your breakfast if you need to go to airport early in the morning. didnt get clean towels just 1 set, shower was leaking, room was bit cramped. Our room wasn't properly cleaned after the first night. location from town, too close to trams, no furniture in room other than bed and small nightstand, a hop, skip and jump away from hostel accomodations.. but like i said, i got what i paid for.Cleaning and a good restauration. No hot water on the first day.Rooms weren't made up, some of the pillows were very thin and the pillow cases had holes in them. The door to our hotel room didnt close. Breakfast was average. it serves the scope of an economic stay but it is not cosy. There is somehow a smell of dust when entering. Breakfast was not inviting. The room was not cleaned and towels not changed after first night stay.The room was so dirty and there are many broken equipment in the room.And the breakfast was poor. It located in the street but it was so hardto find the hotel. The hotel was old and not in very good conditions. The rooms smell bad and weren't clean. My pillow smell like sweat. My colleague room had the towels dirt.You could here the traffic during the night from the room. In the shower, after having bath, the shower stayed flooded all night.No change towels and bed linens during the stay (3 nights). Poor breakfast and dirty tables in the breakfast room. Even though no hair dryer available in the room, only a hair dryer at the reception. It is so inconvenient. A receptionist man is very rude.
