the staff was very helpful and welcoming. the location of the hotel is perfect, in the center of the city, in the old town. the restaurant of the hotel is also super nice, a pizza restaurant. free welcome drink was a nice touch, and a 20% discount in the restaurant. all in all definitely would go there again, and would recommend it!. The location of the hotel is perfect - just few minutes from the Wenceslas square, one of the main tourists point in Prague. The room was clean and comfortable enough for those people, who just come to a hotel to sleep - like, I think, most of the tourists in Prague. A good value for money.

Yes 5 flights to be exact, don't pack heavy or bring a backpack, there is no lift. No elevator! No porters! Its really bad for tourists who living on 5th floor and with baggage! Make ramps please!!!. No lift to the 5th floor - 10 flights of stairs!! Only one cup of coffee with breakfast. The corridor and room was a little musty. no lift, room in the attic. poor breakfast. Check-in staff was unsmiling. Room was at top of five flights of stairs with no elevator. The mattress was only a thin foam pad. There is no lift so I had to take my heavy luggage upstairs. Wifi is quite slow.
