  Franciscan Garden Apartments are a great location with immediate access onto Wenceslas Square and only a 5 min walk to Old Town Square.   My room was clean and quiet. The bed was amazingly comfortable and the shower was great. The restaurant is convenient and well-staffed, and the menu is good. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, and the manager is very nice to talk with (he even brought me orange juice!). The Icon Boutique hotel is for me an hotel which I could actually live in. I'm very fussy and we were travelling in a group of 8. All of us could just praise the hotel. We are not the easiest of people to deal with as we can all be demamding, but there was nothing too difficult for the staff there. Theresa especially was fantastic with us.

  3 of us stayed in this hotel in july 2008 and we didn't know what to expect. It was the best location in Prague with walking distance to the train station, old town and everywhere else. We didn't have any problems and the hotel staff were very helpful to us. - The hotel was centrally located. The rooms are simply, yet tastefully designed.

Perfect location, everything we needed in the apartment. The price was great, exactly what we wanted to spend for one night somewhere, and that is including the parking. I saw others complain about the water heater- worked great for us. Plenty of dishes. Cute little grocery store right underneath. We would stay here again.
