  This is a lovely, modern, clean hotel situated very close to a tram and metro station for easy access to Prague centrum. The room was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The receptionist was extremely helpfull, always friendly and spoke very good english which made our stay much easier. Even booked our tours for us which picked us up from the hot... what people say » el. Highly recommended. - Location was perfect next to both a metro and international train station. Room was clean and comfortable, very good bathroom and nice shower. Good breakfast.

  it was very nice place to stay.for Prague- exelent location 20min from residence-you are in the center, 3 tram stops - by the nice beer bar :) so, we are staying 3 night in the hotel- it was clean. the garbidge been was clearning every day. the breakfast, for our supprised, was fool-musli/sossidges/yogurt and more else - it was enough to say fool ... what people say » long time.,parking wasn't free-but if you do not afraid to wolk a little by the corner u can find place to park ;) And you can go in the hotel any tim - We got to the hotel around 23:30 and it was closed, but we phoned the number that was written on the door and someone came in 5 minutes and helped us around. He was very nice and helpful. Besides that, the hotel is very clean and cozy, breakfast was good and it is very close to a tram station that can take you to the city center and all of it's attractions.

  This hotel offers excellent service for a very reasonable price. Staff was very friendly, smiling and helpful, rooms cosy, with comfortable bed, location nice and peaceful, yet close to the centre. We just took a tram a minute away from hotel and after 12 minutes enjoyed the view to the Prague Castle Prague is so famous for. The staff was very friendly and helpful (probably the only ones in prague :-) ).The hotel was excellent value for money.One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, at such a low price it's almost a crime.Great public transport possibilities around the hotel. Tram 5+12 to the city centre in 10 min (1 €). Airport express stops in walking distance (only 2 €, avoid minibuses).

  Excellent hotel in all respects! Very friendly and attentive stuff, special thanks to Ksenia at the reception desk (also speaks Russian) who arranged for us city tour excursion, tram tickets, money change. Quite location, perfect place for a family with kids since close to Luna park, Zoo (free of charge lift and pick up by hotel's car), large room... what people say » , clean and comfortable, WiFi router in your room upon request. Great delicious breakfast. Apart words worth about sauna and spa, was excellent to rel - We though overall the Castle Residence was a great place to stay. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating to us and our young children. We thoroughly enjoyed the restaurant with the child's playroom and the 2 bedroom room we had was with big with plenty of space. The bathrooms were also nice and spacious. The location isn't in the city, but the free shuttle to the tram stop was only 5 min away and with a quick call the shuttle would pick us back up. All in all we would DEFINITELY recomme

  Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I have ever slept in. Also the heaviest room door! Room has everything you need and as place is new, everything is in good condition. Good price for a just-off-centre location and good for transport links. Bit of an (out of centre) view from my 7th floor room. (Also, one of the top beer bars, Pivovarský... what people say » klub, is just round the corner.) - My stay was excellent, position perfect 2 stops on metro to old town, very newly renovated and very clean, staff exceptionally helpful and friendly. Location was also very near to the bus depo. So top marks to B&B Hotel, Prague.
