The hotel building, built in Gothic style in the 14th century, used to be one of the largest buildings in the town. According to historical sources a prominent family of famous stonecutters from Krumlov used to live in this building in the 16th century. Despite the restoration and modernisation of the interior, the hotel has kept its historic ambience intact. The Hotel Arcadie offers accommodation in a quiet and peaceful location. It features a restaurant, a pizzeria and an art gallery. Discounts to the restaurant and pizzeria are offered to guests.

South Bohemian hills; the room with an amazing view; beautiful castle with gardens; balloons at twilight; fireworks at night; medieval musicians at the town square; unbelievable feast at the restaurant next to Vltava; local brewery with dark beer. Fabulous views, intriguing old town, access to fabulous castle, basic room and breakfast suitable for the price, staff who were civil and helpful enough but not engaging.

The hotel restaurant Gotika offers a pleasant atmosphere in reconstructed premises in the late Gothic style. It serves traditional Czech as well as international cuisine, including excellent desserts.

In summer meals and draught Krumlov Beer are also served on the sun terrace or in the terrace lounge, offering great views of the castle and its tower, as well as of the old town.

Pizzeria Uno, situated on the ground floor, serves the best of Italian cuisine as well as quality wines.
