  The hotel is in the best location in the city right at the hot springs and the colonnades. They have their own massage facility and you get a discount on the famous spa castle. The receptionists were very professional and switched on. Once you ask them about anything, they would promptly get you the best solution.   Wow, what a great place and location! My wife and I started our 18 day trip staying at this hotel for 4 wonderful nights. We included daily breakfast ( it was the best of our trip) and had massages as well. The suite we upgraded too was the most luxurious and elegant of our stay. English overall are good. But remember english is their second language so they may need extra explaining.
