We didn't stay at the pansion, but by accident we neded up having dinner there the first of our four days in Zadar. And, we had the remaining three dinners there as well even though ít was a 10 minute ride from Zadar. Fantastic place. Everything. A delightful place in a beautiful situation. Charming staff. The restaurant was excellent.Gorgeous location by the beach. The food at the restaurant downstairs was excellent!.

In Croatia, A/C is a necessity to have in the rooms and the room we stayed at didn't have it. the room was not cleaned, the beds not made, nor the sheets changed the whole two weeks we were there - however clean towels were changed every day. The food over all poor. having informed d hotel that we would be arriving at 10pm approx we were unable to get something to eat. Also the hotel is full of mosquitos.sometime we didn't have hot water to take shower... I asked for a quiet room but was put in a room right beside the building which was going on next door.Room from the 70s. Noisy. There is a disco in the building that had anall night party for some locals. They were singing very loudly untilpast 3am making sleep impossible. No air-con. the hotel is old and need to refurbish, it has an nasty smell all over the hotel. The room was quite clean though.Overall, the standard of the hotel was poor. Breakfast was awful. The reception area was very unpleasant and smelt very musty and stale. The rooms had no air conditioning and we suffered from some pretty nasty mosquito bites while there. Not recemmended!. The sea is actually 10 meters away (cross the road) but no beach is available. None of the activities listed (such as indoor, outdoor swimming pools) exist in the hotel. You can have acces to swimming pools in other hotels through extra payments (550 kunas, 85€ per person). They picked us up from the airport, which was unexpected but good, then charged us more than double the cost of a taxi on arrival at the hotel. The breakfast looked so bad we decided to be hungry. Dificult to get hot water.Hotel decor extremely shabby and dated, room not clean and breakfast extremly poor. overcharging for transport by hotel ,failure to collect from airport as promised,no linen change in a week stay. Cleanliness of room in particular the dirty carpet and dead flies all over the walls. No airc onditioning or fans considering the very hot climate. Smelly hotel. Very poor location. Broken shower. This hotel is not a three star hotel and should be removed from all online booking sites. It is a disgrace that this hotel should appear on any site. Breakfast was absolutely pathetic. staff ,cleanlyness. it was horribly dirty; horrible breakfast (without tea, no choice at all); no language competition (not even the basic in English or any other language besides Croatian,...); the description about the Pansion Vista doesn't accord to reality; a real shame!. Rude staff, disappointing breakfast, infestation of insects, depressing decor, too far out of Zadar, over priced.
