  The owners were very friendly and even though we arrived late (at 3 a.m.!!) because we had car problems, they didn't seem to have a problem with it. The apartment was really nice and quiet with a small terrace, the bed big and comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. - Clean and everything in order.   Location is good with all the necessary stores close by. The place is clean and very well maintained. The owners are very friendly and helpful. We had trouble returning a rented car at a pre-appointed time. The owner was kind enough to allow us to leave the car behind at his place and sent us to the bus station. I would surely stay at his place - 1St timers to Croatia, great place to start our trip. Friendly host, location near the sea and great walking tracks into the old town along the coast. The apartment was spacious enough for us and had a small balcony. We cooked and the facilities were adequate, perfect for a 2 night stay. A supermarket is around the corner which was an added bonus. Its about a 15-20 min walk into the old town by road and bus station.

  The appartment was very clean and is was enough space for three people. The bed broke down by sitting on it, but that wasn't your fault. You were helpful and took a look at it instantly. I think that it's not okay when people ruin something and don't say it to the host. We didn't find a knife for cutting bread. It was a little bit difficult, but p... what people say » ossible. You would not need a car for - good value for money, pleasant owner with excellent English, kitchen well supplied with dishes, pots, etc. Only 12 minute walk to centre, very quiet and comfortable, little terrace area.

  the host was a nice woman, and did everything to make our stay comfortable. the breakfast was a nice one, great value for money - Fantastıc property, great facılıtıes, short walk to the beach and not far ınto the cıty centre.

  We stayed for a festival for 1 week. We were pretty near to the old town although we did hire bikes to get around which is much quicker than walking. The apartment had everything you need. There were two balconies which was great and lots of space to put your stuff. The owners were very friendly and helpful they even gave us the odd lift to places... what people say » ! Overall great stay! - Newly maid apartments. Best value for money! Owners are very friendly and full of hospitality!

  We were a little early - Easter, which was chilly and rainy, but Rovinj is beautiful regardless. I recommend going in early May to have everything open, yet still quiet. We loved having an apartment so we could shop and make breakfast for ourselves. We asked for the room with the balcony, which we loved on our one sunny day. Leo, the owner, - This is great place very central to what you want to see. The room is excellent as is Leo the manager who is helpful and friendly. You will probably need to call him prior however to find the place as it can be difficult. Otherwise this is a very good place to stay - I wish we had longer to stay here.

  Amazing views of the sea and the historical Rovinj. Do you feel that you are on the beach. Room was new and clean. Every day was cleaning, fresh towels every other day. Breakfast can choose from the menu, are high. Again we booked a stay in the spring I do not know why it has only two stars.

The apartment is right in the centre of Rovinj, next to shops, art galleries, cafès, restaurants and it takes only a 5 minutes walk to reach the nearest beach. I would definitely recommend them to future visitors to the lovely town of Rovinj.
