So amazing staff there. The chief-manager is very friendly lady which helped me to manage my wife's birthday in easy way: ordering very nice bouquet of flowers (exactly the type I wanted) from the city center & managing delivery, helping out with breakfast in bed that day, getting a table at best restaraunt for the evening. We haven't experienced any meaning problems during all our stay so everything was smooth and easy, as it should be. Great location – trees everywhere, good distance from.

Everyone is catered for at this hotel. Highly Recommend. Excellent location (close to Zlatni Rat, which is definitely among the best beaches I have ever been to, and the town, too), rich breakfast. Pool was great and the roaming entertainers were great for children. The manageress Bozenka was efficient and accommodating. Service was excellent. Friendly personal, helpful reception. Family friendly with lots of activities for the children. The breakfast was very good. It is close to the beach. Rooms are a bit old, but still clean and user-friendly. Wi-Fi is driving crazy – you enter that crappy login & pass, and once you're not using it for like 5-10 mins – it logs out and you need to do this again and again. Hated this. Rooms that have balcony with the view on the road / garden are a bit noisy at night because of scooters and cars (that drive rarely, though). A/C had an unpleasant smell, very high prices of food and drink (compared to the Croatian standards), the service in the beach restaurant is slow and unpolite ("I cannot be everywhere" - said the waiter when we asked for, for the third time, the bill; and there was far from full house). They use an old fashioned key for entry to the room - it was hard to open the door - especially for our children in the next room - they locked themselves in). They need to update this with new technology as most other hotels use. Wet areas by the pool were very slippery - need to apply anti slip surfaces. Room too small for price with lounge room converted into second bedroom. Poor language options on TV, i.e. little English and Croatian. Nothing. Nothing. no towels for the pool as they had run out. No gym!.
