perfect location; in the middle between Old Town and Nanjing Road. Close to Pudong. Many small shops and restaurants of different classes in the neighbourhood...

No devices in the kitchen. Only cups and glasses. No knifes, forks, plates etc...

Cleanliness. Great butler and bell boy service. Reception can be improved if they are a little friendlier. Housekeeping is great.

More internet points will be better since it was a 3 bedroom suite I stayed in.
