We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, it had all the facilities for a family or couple who prefer to do their own cooking and washing. The apartment was very clean and the staff were excellent. We had breakfast a couple of times and that was also excellent. This residence should have 10star rating it was fantastic. It is a very good value for money. Well equipped, well positioned. Everyday cleaning in rooms. Kitchen is important for those who can't stand for chinese cuisine everyday. Washing mashine, iron...it has everything. Wifi is ok. Staff is speaking english and is oriented to give you the best service and attitude.

Location and friendly staff. being a serviced apartments is the reason I go to this Hotel. Was close to a train station, the Tianghe station. Location and facilities. Spacious room. My only complaint was the bed which was very hard, we asked the staff if it was possible to have 2 blankets to soften it but that was my only negative. The cleaning lady wasn't paying attention to everithing, but it was ok. No major issues with that. Nothing really. The bath room fixtures were a bit problematic, nothing serious though Wish they did not play the same three Christmas songs over and over again in the elevator - it really got irritating after the second hearing Breakfast was a bit skimpy but then it is free so can't complain too much. Walking distance to access the hotel. Last 3 days the bathrooms smelled?!. The internet connection not so fast.. we can't list any as we were take such good care of, and the unit was so big and well equipped. The studio room - need to update the decor... no comment, everything is good. Although mentioned earlier is 2 person check-in 1 room, they only provided 1 person breakfast, if you want take breakfast at the hotel, you have to paid for it. They charged me money for room rental although my visa to china was delayed from the embassy. I had to tell them on daily base to clean the room. fare form the city center. reception can be unfriendly and also the breakfast buffet has a lot of room to improve. No place to eat lunch or dinner. The staff should be more proficient in English. Sign didn't show at the building and no sign at the entrance which made us extremely difficult to find.
