The concierge worked with me (because I don't speak Spanish - We arrived at 9am in the morning and we were able to have an available room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent. The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.

  I'm very satisfied with the letsbookhotel.com service, besides this is the first time I contracted its services. The Radisson Plaza Santiago Hotel is incredible. Powerful shower and constant hot water. Token operated laundromat on site.
