The view was unsurpassed. They dropped off a newspaper for us and had a hot coffee station down the hall which was lovely. Very quiet air con room as it was 36c outside. Stunning location on the lake. Most friendly and helpful staff. Food and service in the restaurant was superb. Great place to relax and unwind after weeks of travelling. It's the best kept secret in Kelowna.

I liked how every single staff memver had great customer service and made us feel very welcome, they kept the room very clean everyday, the breakfast buffet was very good and the kithen staff was great and joyful the potatoes were amazing and the location of the hotel and the hotel its self was very beautiful.

The rooms were very clean, modern and comfortable. I was really pleased with the staff and the overall experience with this hotel. A big bonus is that The Wall is located about kilometer from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Outstanding renovation of an historic downtown hotel. It is well located in downtown Kamloops, with a very nice patio restaurant and bar. Rooms small but comfortable and well appointed. Being situated right at the Lake it almost felt like an all "inclusive Resort in Mexico" especially due to the perfect hot weather and having several Restaurants to choose from. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights. And to top the fun, we enjoyed ourselfs at the Casino. -

Pick up from airport was great. We were just transiting thru Vancouver so this was a very convenient place to stay. Restaurant in hotel was nice too. All staff were lovely to deal with. If transiting I would definitely stay again. It's right near a metro station so I imagine getting to town is easy enough.
