  Great location,clean hotel, great out door pool. The staff were very friendly we dealt with Helen at the front desk. Helen helped us get an extra night over and above our 2 night stay. I would book this hotel again for next year except this time I would book sooner than later this time - The rooms were clean and kept that way during our stay. They offered recommendations about places to see and things to do, and I appreciated the service they offered. Our tap was broken which resulted in no hot water in the bathroom sink. There was no need for my husband and me to leave the Resort, especially since we only spend 2 nights.   Our room was not ready at 4:00 but were handled wonderfully by Kevin at the front desk. Received free appetizer, received a discount on the room as well as a room up grade. He went way beyond what one would require. The room was going to be ready in 20 minutes. Received lots of extra's for only having to wait the 20 minutes. The updated bathroom with the rain shower head was great. - Beds and pillows were super comfortable; walking distance to the events centre; staff was helpful. Nice pool facilities.
