I had to be located near the hospital during a bad snow storm. The Residence Inn fit the bill perfectly. Lovely room, very comfortable, accommodating staff. Breakfast was very good, not your usual hotel breakfast. I will be staying there again! Wonderful hotel!

The front desk and concierge staff were outstanding. We had a problem with the air conditioning. Someone came to look at it and said it was working fully but that the room was not cooling. They gave us keys to another room and said we could have whichever room was the most comfortable.

Having stayed at the Southway a half dozen times in the last ten years, this visit was the best by far--perhaps it has something to do with the change of ownership?? Location is excellent. The room was extremely comfortable, spacious and well appointed. Lovely bed linens and toiletries. The valet parking was a great deal at $22 a day. The breakfast buffet was a good deal, too. - The proximity of everything, the value for my money - Proximity to Parliament Hill and other attractions.

The hotel is located within easy walking distance to Parliament Hill, shopping and restaurants. Cabs were available at the door. Staff was friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable.
Pool was great and the right temp. for swimmin laps.
