  The Crowne staff are so very friendly and helpful. It is by far the most beautiful hotel in the Falls. The rooms are so comfortable...it feels like "coming home" at the end of each day. The pool is one of the only pools in the Falls with the perfect temperature. I liked taking advantage of the Waterpark discount perk for being a Crowne guest. The Falls never fails to delight, with so many attractions and activities, you can't possi - We had a great stay at the crowne plaza .There was a mix up in our booking and we had to wait to to have our reservation confirmed.The hotel made this up to us by giving us a free upgrade to a falls view room.It had spectacular views that we will remember for the rest of our lives.I would like to thank Trevor and Kasha for making our stay memorable .

I definitely would recommend this hotel for price, quality and convenience to the attractions. - Close to the Falls, Casino and restaurants.   I have stayed here several times and ended up staying here 9 days on this visit. All members of the staff are professional, friendly and work hard to make their guests feel valueed. The hotel is 3 kms from the Falls,overlooking the river and nicely removed from all the noise of Clifton Hills, yet just a nice walk away. The rooms are modern, clean... what people say » and very comfortable but do not have a mini-fridge or micro-oven. Parking is free, as is WiFi and the hotel offers a very good hot complimentary brea - 4th floor king rooms are spacious, very clean (Hampton bedding change policy is excellent), modern and well-appointed with small fridge, mirowave, free WiFi and good desk space. Ample free parking is provided and the complimentary hot buffet offers a good range of food. Coffee is always available. The WeGo public transit system stops outside the front door so you can leave your car and take a bus to the Falls, if you don't want to walk (about 30 minutes).

  We were visiting Niagara Falls and stayed at this hotel. It's nothing ritzy but it was a comfortable place for the price. A close walk to the falls, had a nice heart shaped jacuzzi in the room, which we enjoyed. Location was fantastic. It was quiet. Friendly staff. We were able to check in an hour early. There was no parking when we returned at 11:30pm and the man behind the desk was quick to offer to move his car for us. we were impressed and will be back. We had a king bed that was perfect for the 3 of us with plenty of room. hot water was ample for the hot tub. Overall very pleased!

They graciously provided one -- no cost and encouraged us to take it out of the hotel when we went shopping, which was terrific. We will return for sure, in large part because each member of staff we encountered went out of his/her way to be courteous a - The staff were all extremely nice and accommodating. Ex- they held onto our lugage for half the day while we toured the city even though we'd already checked out. Although this hotel was expensive I didn't feel like they were stingy like most expensive hotels that charge for every little thing. They are extremely time efficient as well - check in/out is extremely easy. Was hard to choose between romance, luxury and city trip.
