After reading a few bad reviews we were a little hesitant about staying here. As soon as we got there our fears vanished. The property was well kept, the woman at the front desk was very friendly and the room itself was very clean. The Plasma TV, micro wave and air conditioner all worked fine. The free wi-fi was great, good signal. The deck area and swimming pool was very clean and many people adults and kids were enjoying the pool. We will definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyo.
all reviews » The staff are extremely helpful. Sam & Sunny made good friends with our young boys. the room was wide enough & cosy. Cleaning was adequate. it's 7 min walk from the falls & 10 min from dinning area. tim horton is 3 min away. our children really enjoyed the place & every one was very very friendly. it is very safe & have a familial atmosphere. free parking was a great advantage. The location was great. We were within walking distance of pretty much everything that we wanted to do. The staff at the hotel was wonderful. We made a wrong turn when we came into Niagara Falls and they told us what roads to take to get to the hotel. We were able to park there as well as another party that did not stay overnight but were able to park there as well. Very accommodating. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. There was a microwave and refrigerator in the room. There was an outdoor pool. The motel is located a short walk- about two blocks from the hopping downtown area and three or four blocks from the falls. It was very convenient to leave our vehicle at the motel and walk to the falls. 。the bed was comfortable 。there was a microwave and refrigerator in the room 。washroom in the room was clean 。the price which we paid was include breakfast and the breakfast was great because you can choose from different food that you would like to eat. It's cheap, breakfast included, wifi included, not too far from Niagara Falls city centre, a few steps from the falls, free parking, helpful staff (we had problems on the first night: on the 2nd night everything perfectly fixed). About the only thing that we did not like is that there was no hand towels or face cloths in the room. We did not know about the face cloths until the morning when we wanted to wash up, but we did make do with just a splash of water. The carpet, furnishings, and paint were worn, but the room was otherwise comfortable. 。the water in the shower kept dripping 。outside had print all over, but inside had not especially the door 。there was a dirty spot on the bed sheet. Bed sheets were very thin. Bathroom sink was clogged pool was closed early. There is no place to sit for Breakfast. It was raining and either you took it back to your room or sit on patio in the rain, which we did. There should be tables and chairs for a breakfast corner. It was I little bit far, especially going up the hill. there was no coffee maker in the suite..the jacuzzi tub was old and glue around the faucet ..the carpet in the bathroom unpeelling and the sink is old ...air conditioner should be change. didn`t shovel parking lot from snow. bathtub was very hard to get into. I am only 4"10. There was no comforter on the bed. everything felt 'dreary' and in need of updating and/or repair. Bedsheet had hairs on it . Hole bedsheet . Needs some upgrades. Price was to high for the quality. Room was not very clean. Washroom in desperate need of renovation. i didnt like the no carpets,and no bath tubs. it would feel more comfortable with carpets and more up to date with a bathtub...and i had trouble with my key when i first arrive,it took a while to get the key to work..and also there was no ice!!! who has a wedding party booked, and have no ice??? that to me should of been one of the most important things to have for your quests!. bed bug not too many found one. Old furnishings. Not so 100% clean, but perfectly within what you would expect from a motel (i.e. not super dirty). Saw 4 large spiders throughout 2 night stay Carpet was stained and old. Bathroom needs remodeling. Bathroom very small,needs a lot of fixing,3 light bulbs not working,fan not working,very small room for $ 169 per night. The bed wasn't that comfortable, the air conditioner wasn't working properly, and we found a poisonous bug in the shower tub, which scared my girlfriend a little bit. Definitely dated. When I booked the room they showed a picture of the room that I was supposedly getting. When I arrived it was a dump. Very disappointed. Definitely will not stay there again. Was there for our 25th wedding anniversary, and was not happy. Booking gives it a 7 rating. Dont know what drugs they were on during this process. Wish I had some. filthy. Got a huge allergy reaction after 2 nights in that room. - old room - not good looking - bed was loud and I don't wanna know how many dust mites it had inside - Breakfast was poor. Hotel was disgusting A/C didn't work room was so filthy nobody would even get in the shower,outdated carpet beds and linins we left in the middle of the night it was so bad.if you pay 50 bucks for this place it's 60$ too much. I found the rooms were very dark, only one light on the whole room.carpets were extremely dirty.The breakfast was so bad that i have no words.I guess a home less person would have a better breakfast than that.I woudnt even rate it as 1 star. They have provided the used towels as in the towel we have noticed some hairs are stick to it. So it confirms that they have provided used towels. After the complain though they have changed the towel but we are not sure about the bed sheets. So I think if they found the bed sheet, towel are worth to use for a second time, they did not bother to change it. It’s up to the guest to notice it and give the complain. And for sure this place is not worth to stay again.
