The hotel is well situated near the Berri/UQAM subway station. My room was indeed spacious and comfortable, but also very quiet, even though it faced the street.
I would definitely recommend this hotel, as it does offer good value at a modest cost. -

The hotel is in prime location and really good for the price. the room was big, with nice wooden floor, the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, utensils and cutleries. The staffs gave us 2 nights of free internet out of our 3 nights stay. They are very helpful and friendly. The room service is good as well. There are many supermarkets around, all within 1-5 mins walk. Metro station is just 5 mins walk. I’ll stay there again.

Staff was very nice and explained all the activities as soon as we reached the hotel include notations on the map. -

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The front staff were very friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to accommodate parking for our large car. We stayed in one of the larger rooms across the street from the main hotel and really loved our room. It was clean, spacious, had nice hard wood floors, and the bed was comfortable.

Every staff member at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They also spoke excellent English.
The front lobby was very charming and festively decorated for the holidays. Our rooms were simple, clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was convenient and we were able to walk to several popular eating and shopping places.

The hotel is far from the city centre, but if you have a car, here is an easy solution: drive to the Radisson metro station, park for free and continue by metro. Also, if you plan a one-day trip to Quebec City, you win with this location. -

Despite some reviews, the location is excellent. Short walk from the
club district, and a 10min metro ride from the cities main attractions,
including Central station. There are the occasional pan handler, etc,
but you'll find these in any city, in subways, parks etc. If that
sort of thing bothers you, you probably shouldn't leave your house.
Its the diversity of life that makes life and adventure.
