I was at this hotel as it was in close to the hospital. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the safety of the rooms and will be recommending this hotel to others that are in need of accommodation in Kelowna. Having the full kitchenette is a bonus especially if you have small kids and want to spend the day at the beach, which is right across the road. The place was very clean and well looked after. The staff was always available to answer questions and help, the parking was safe and no worries about breakins, same with the rooms, very secure and private, pool was very clean and gated, safe,..I would come back again and stay longer...bring more people!.
all reviews » Staff was very welcoming. Our room was moved so we had a better view of the lake across the street. Any questions we had were answered. Loved that SaveOnFoods was within walking distance along with other food establishments. A very family friendly park across the street. Would definitely stay again. We like having the kitchen. It was like a little apartment. We were able to make oursleves at home. It was also nice having the beach and park across the street so I could take my little doggy for a walk. It was also nice to park right outside our door. Thank You!!. The staff were really helpful and pleasant. Very clean. Great location for what we needed. Beach across the street and close to shops and down town. Price was really good as there was pool and hot tub if you wanted. These people are always friendly and helpful. I love the layout of the room: full kitchen, separate bedroom, sliding doors out onto small patioette and pool. Much the best deal I've found in Kelowna. Well treated by staff. Rooms clean and fixtures comfortable. Some problems as noted , but we were well looked after and comped for the room (Very nice gesture). The suite was spacious and clean, well air conditioned. The pool was warm and clean. The grounds were well maintained. Had everything in the room you needed. staff very accomadating, easy access to room with our dog, liked having a bedroom for privacy, close to grocery store and some minor shopping, recommend it. Rooms were nice and the kitchen well stalked withwhat we needed. Close to the lake and beach and ideal for visiting my friend, who lived not too far away. I found the staff to be incredibly courteous. The room was very clean and extremely refreshing due to how hot it was outside. The location is fantastic. The room was large and comfortable The staff was awesome and friendly. They were very helpful to answer my questions and meet my needs. Excellent location across the street from beautiful park and beach. Pet friendly. Nice lawn,gazebo,barbecues. Very nice staff. I have stayed in a number of kelowna hotels because I have a daughter there. I would absolutely stay here again!. Good clean older motel Staff couldn,t do more for you Best towels on our 10 day car trip through interior BC. Loved the receptionist! She made it very enjoyable! Great girl!! Wish I'd remembered her name. Very relaxed atmosphere. No extra charge for dogs. Room was spacious. Can not think of anything except maybe make the curtian on the kitchen window a little bit longer. Ha Ha!!. The facility although clean really needs some upgrades inside and out. Couch was old. Short on dishes so it lucky only 2 of us. Property is being renovated and we had some problems with missing TV remote. We relocated and unit above had a water issue so another move. Staff handled problems very prrofessionally. TV was old and a little small. But not really watching it. My husband was watching some football and complained about this, but not a big deal at all to me. as my sister and I are older and a bit disabled, we both have difficulty with breathing. We found the couch in the living room smelled of the smoke of cigarettes. We did tell the office staff and they said they would get it cleaned. There isnt a thing to state. The fridge was set so cold it unfortunately froze and ruined a watermelon, yogurt parfaits (froze the berries) . I think on check in the customer should be told that they should leave the keys in the room and leave. We had an early A.M. Flight and the office was closed. I felt awkward just leaving and hoped I did the right thing. My booking online never went through. But the receptionist even though they were full, took charge found me a room and gave me a steep discount!. a bit tricky to find. Room just a bit tired but quite OK. Was surprised that my room wasn't made up/cleaned during my stay. Also, should have been made aware that office didn't open until 9 am (I had wanted a receipt so stuck around; not that I was in a great rush to leave early). Hot tub not going. Hallways were quite dark. The rain and the construction work going on in front and to the side of the building. It was a little noisey. Bare bones for luxury.A little pricey for the sparse decore. dingy hallways, but it's an old building, hard to change. i was told there was a sofa bed when i booked the unit but it was a sofa instead the sofa bed which is not comfortable enough for sleeping. The place is a bit run down. parking lot was kinda sketchy. Very rough driveway entrance for a car. It could use a little help. Bathtub and floor in need of upgrading. Sofa bed had the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on. It ruined my sleep. Hot tub was "cool" could have been warmer... There is a bit of traffic noise, as it is on a very busy street, however,it wasn't bad in the bedroom. This is definitely an older facility and there are parts that could use a facelift. Lousy first impression as I drove up for first time visit. No place to park for check-in, very messy with kids toys strewn here and there. Friendly person at front desk was very welcoming though. Room itself was clean enough but common areas had a dark and grubby feel. The size of the bed. Noisy in the pre-dawn morning. Checkout too late (9am); left before and emailed for confirmation of expenses...never heard back. Dirty floors Maid never serviced room one day. Another day no coffee left by maid. Told worst rooms were reserved for letsbookhotel.com customers Advertised as "balcony" room. Room was ground floor and "balcony" was below floor level sidewalk. &Quot;Balcony" faced a messy service building.
