  I had a great experience. The suite was spotless, well equipped, and could have fit my entire family - I regret that I was alone and only spending the night. Great deal. All of the front desk staff were personable and helpful, and readily directed me to places I needed to go.   One of the better hotels I had encountered during my trip through western Canada. What I mostly will remember is the friendly staff. For larger hotels rather rare these days. They also have an excellent rotating restaurant on the top floor, which provides some nice views from Edmonton along the North Saskatchewan river. - The lobby was beautiful,... what people say » staff were helpful and friendly. The kitchen is nice and also the living room. I like the location also it is accessible to any shops, resta - I'm in my 40's and have never stayed at a hostel. Honestly thought I would "have to make the best of it" but wanted to try a new experience. Staff were very helpful and I met tons of friendly folks to chat and spend the evening with. I would actually chose this option in the future vs. Staying in a hotel if I'm by myself. Next time I'd bring along a bottle of wine to share in the common room! Great experience! :)

  The room was immaculate. It had a beautiful four person jaccuzzi tub that was a wonderful romantic addition to our stay. The room was so large and had a the biggest flat screen tv we have ever seen in a hotel. We decided to watch a movie in our hotel instead of at the theatre downstairs because the bed was so cozy and the tv offered us the ability... what people say » to watch movies that were still in theatres. It was fabulous. The hotel was attached to the mall, and nice restaurants stayed open until after midnig - I stayed there with my sister. We took a couple of days off work to get away from everyday life. We started to relax as soon as we got to the hotel. The staff was very friendly andrespectful. We loved that we could park in a safe place, and carry our bags to our roome anytime. L2 restaurant was also very good. We just really enjoyed our stay.
